Welcome to VoiceDeck. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoiceDeck’s website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using VoiceDeck, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, you may not use the Service.

VoiceDeck offers multiple subscription plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice. Your continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance.
Free trials (if offered) are subject to these Terms. We may require payment information to start a trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits used for AI-powered features (primarily the AI Quality Checker).
If you exhaust your monthly credits, you must upgrade to a higher plan to access AI features. Additional credit purchases may be available (post-MVP).

You agree to use the Service in compliance with fair use principles. We reserve the right to limit or suspend service for excessive use that impacts system performance or other users.

VoiceDeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoiceDeck and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about VoiceDeck, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or obligation to you.
Results from AI Quality Checker and other AI features are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for verifying and validating all AI-generated analysis before relying on it.
You may share projects with clients via magic links. Clients do not need to create accounts and do not occupy paid seats.
You are responsible for:
When clients access your shared projects, they may provide feedback and personal information (name, email if provided voluntarily). This information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Your use of VoiceDeck is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We store your audio files and data on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2). While we implement security measures, no system is completely secure.
We maintain backups of your data for disaster recovery purposes. Backup retention policies may vary.
You may add team members to your account based on your subscription plan limits. Team members you add have access to projects based on permissions you assign.

You may remove team members at any time. Removed members lose access immediately but their work history is preserved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

AI-powered features, including the AI Quality Checker, are provided as tools to assist your workflow. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying all AI analysis before relying on it.
We use third-party services (payment processing, cloud storage, AI providers). We are not responsible for these third-party services’ performance, availability, or security.
VoiceDeck does not provide professional advice. The Service is a tool for audio project management, not a substitute for professional judgment in audio production or quality assurance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or internet outages.
You agree to comply with all export laws and restrictions and not export or re-export the Service to prohibited countries or individuals.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and VoiceDeck.
