The tools bill in four different ways.

Filestage and Ziflow are seat-bundled: each plan includes a block of people and more come in packs of 5. Frame.io and Wipster's Team plan charge per member or user. PageProof is a flat rate per team. VoiceDeck meters storage and nothing else.

Every price shows its billing basis. "Billed yearly" is the per-month or per-year figure on annual billing; "month-to-month" is the price without a yearly commitment. They are not interchangeable, so compare like with like.

FITSTeams that need structured, multi-step approval. Its own use-case pages are written for consumer goods, agencies, pharmaceuticals, and enterprise review.
STRONGERReviewer groups for staged approvals (2 on Free, 3 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise). Business adds review agents and automations. Enterprise lists SSO, audit logs, German data residency (also offered as an add-on), and an "Approve and sign" step in line with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11. It lists integrations with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Zapier. FITSTeams that want one predictable team price. It describes flat-rate pricing, unlimited reviewers, and "no add-on charges for storage" on every plan.
STRONGERUnlimited storage, which a storage-priced tool like VoiceDeck cannot match. If you keep a large archive of video, work out which model costs less before you switch. It also lists many more proof types (website URLs, web banners, zipped HTML, email marketing, 3D, design prototypes), integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello, Canva, Figma, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, and desktop apps for Windows and Mac. Team Plus adds single sign-on, comment labels, and scheduled proofs; Enterprise adds digital signing and data sovereignty.

STRONGERIt lists an Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects integration, Slack, API access, closed captions, and variable playback speed. Enterprise lists SSO, an SLA, and multiple teams. VoiceDeck has no editing-software integration.

FITSAgencies, studios, and freelancers who send finished video (plus audio, images, and PDF) to clients for sign-off, and who are tired of every added person becoming a line on the invoice.
STRONGERStorage is the only meter: unlimited team members and client reviewers on every tier, including the free 10 GB tier, no card required. Clients review in the browser with no account; they type a name, leave timestamped comments (with pen, arrow, and box drawings on video), and approve. Approvals are recorded per person, per version, and never carry forward to the next version. Each link has a passphrase, expiry, a downloads switch, and instant revoke.
WEAKERFour formats only: video, audio, images, and PDF. No live-website or interactive-HTML review. One approval step per version, with no staged reviewer groups, automations, or review agents. No editing-software integration. We do not claim SSO, audit logs, or data-residency controls. And because storage is metered, a team holding a very large archive may be better served by a flat, unlimited-storage plan.
FILE SIZEMaximum file size is not a dimension of our bill: the per-file ceiling is 25 GB on every plan, so a heavy master never becomes an upgrade prompt by itself. What a plan buys is room; an upload still has to fit the storage you have.

Match the tool to the job.

VoiceDeck is the narrower tool: client review and approval for four formats, priced on storage. If one of the first four rows describes you, start with that tool instead.

FILESTAGE OR ZIFLOW You need staged approvals, review of live websites or HTML, automations, or enterprise controls such as SSO.
PAGEPROOF You want one flat team price with unlimited storage and a very wide range of proof types.
FRAME.IO Your edit lives in Premiere or Final Cut, or you shoot with Camera to Cloud.
