A video annotation tool your clients can use without an account.
Send one link. Your client opens it in the browser, scrubs to the moment, draws on the frame, and types the note. The comment lands pinned to that timestamp, on that exact version, under their name.
Draw on the frame, and the note comes with it.
Three tools: freehand pen, arrow, rectangle. Five ink colors, three stroke weights, and Undo. Circle the logo, point at the lower third, box the shot you want recut.
A drawing is never free-floating — it is part of a comment, and on video it always carries the timestamp it was drawn at. Click the comment later and the drawing reappears over the same frame. One eye toggle hides every mark on the stage when you want to watch clean.
Comments can also be left with no drawing at all — timestamped, or on the file as a whole.
Link, annotate, next version, sign-off.
Nothing to install, on either side. Focus the comment box and playback pauses on its own, so you are typing about the frame you stopped on rather than one four seconds later.
Every annotation shows as a marker on the scrubber — click it to jump straight to that moment. Your team can reply once under any note, resolve it when it's handled, and @-mention whoever owns the fix.
The same annotation layer on stills, PDFs, and mixes.
A campaign is rarely one MP4. The key art, the cutdown, the scripted PDF and the audio mix all go into the same project and share the same review link, so the client learns one surface and never chases four.
No account for them does not mean no control for you.
Each link is scoped to a whole project, a folder, or a specific set of files, and you decide what it permits. Reviewers only ever see their own thread with you, never another client's notes.
Annotation tools that charge per reviewer get rationed.
When every reviewer is a line item, feedback gets funnelled through one account lead who relays it second-hand. The annotation is the point — the person who noticed the problem should be the person who draws on it.
Here the bill is a function of storage, not headcount. Team members are unlimited, client reviewers are unlimited, and that is true on every tier including the free one.
Send the cut. Get the notes on the frame.
Free tier. No card. Your first review link in about two minutes.
