A Wipster alternative with one meter instead of two.
Wipster and VoiceDeck cover much the same ground — video, audio, images, and PDF reviewed in a browser, with reviewers who never need an account. The difference is what the bill is a function of.
On VoiceDeck, storage is the only meter. Team members and client reviewers are unlimited on every tier, including Free, so growing the team never changes the invoice.
A cheap way in, and reviewers are never rationed.
Wipster's published Light plan is $11.95 a month ($9.95 billed annually) with 50 GB, aimed at individuals and occasional use. If you are one person sending the occasional cut, that is a genuinely low entry price and we are not going to argue with it.
Their Team plan lists "Unlimited projects, reviews and reviewers", and every tier lists unlimited sharing. On the reviewer question — the one most review tools get wrong — Wipster is on the right side of it, same as we are.

Two dials, or one.
Wipster's Team plan is priced per user, per month — $25 monthly, or $19.95 on annual billing — and it starts at 250 GB, with extra space sold on top. Two dials move your bill: how many people are in the tool, and how much you keep.
VoiceDeck has one dial. Adding a producer, a freelance editor for one project, or the client's entire review committee changes nothing on the invoice, because none of them is a seat. Storage is what you pay for, and that is the whole model.
Wipster Team list price as published on wipster.io as of August 2026: "$25" per user / per month monthly, "$19.95" per user / per month on annual billing, starting at 250 GB. VoiceDeck prices are not reproduced here — see the rate card.
Share a link, review in the browser, approve on the record.
Upload the files, share the project or just the folder you want seen, and send one link. The client opens it in a browser — no signup, no password, nothing to install. They type a name at the moment they first write something; email is optional.
Comments and drawings pin to the exact timecode, region, or PDF page, and one link covers video, audio, images, and PDF. Upload the next cut as a new version and earlier rounds stay on the record; approvals never travel forward, so each person approves each version on its own.
Per-seat is not always the wrong shape.
A storage meter only wins when there are people to spread it across. If none of that describes you, stay where you are — we would rather say so here than three weeks in.
Upload the originals, send the link, done.
There is no importer, and we are not going to pretend there is. Switching means uploading the cuts you are actively reviewing and sending each client one new link. Clients never had accounts on either side, so nothing moves for them.
Let the in-flight rounds finish where they started. Your originals here stay downloadable at any time, so trying VoiceDeck never locks you in.
Bring everyone. Pay for storage.
Free tier. No card. Your first review link in about two minutes.
